在政府工作报告中，因为历史文化信息、政治经济体制和社会意识形态与英语国家存在极大的差异，有些词原本大多数无对应的英语表达，因此我们要特别留意这些词该如何翻译。

　　1.“三公”

　　释义：政府部门人员因公出国（境）经费、公务车购置及运行费、公务招待费产生的消费

　　译法：spending on official overseas visits, official vehicles, and official hospitality

　　例句：中央财政要开源节流，增加特定国有金融机构和央企上缴利润，一般性支出压减5%以上、“三公”经费再压减3%左右，长期沉淀资金一律收回。

　　4. “携号转网”
